Cannot make to re-apply for adsense content account
This is the message shown on my adsense homepage
"After reviewing your application for http://www.ngojobsea.com/, we're unable to accept you into the AdSense for Content program at this time. Note, this does not affect your AdMob account or ad serving to your apps. Learn more."
On following this
1. Sign in to your AdSense account.
2. Visit the My ads tab.
3. Follow the instructions under “Add AdSense for content".
On visiting 'My ads tab' I do not see the link “Add AdSense for content"
